From 24 to 28 June 2025, Her Excellency TOUCH Sopharath, Under-Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and ASEF (Asia Europe Foundation) Governor for Cambodia attended the 46th ASEF Board of Governors’ Meeting in Kraków, Poland.

During the full board meeting, the ASEF Governors made decisions on a number of reports, including the ASEF’s senior management report and the financial report. The meeting also discussed the promotion of collaboration and exchanges between Asia and Europe on strategic matters and ASEF visibility, while looking forward to the implementation of projects in the areas of culture, education, innovation, technology and science, public health, governance and sustainable development and communication. On the sidelines of the meeting, Her Excellency also participated in the Curtain Raiser of Asia-Europe Cultural Festival (AECFest) 2025, an event showcasing artistic works and collaborative performance that celebrate the rich cultural exchange between Asia and Europe.
