On the morning of 03 July 2025, at the Ministry, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a farewell call by His Excellency Ermenegildo Kupa Lopes, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste to the Kingdom of Cambodia, who has successfully completed his diplomatic mission in Cambodia.

During the meeting, His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister commended His Excellency Ambassador for his significant contribution to promoting friendly relations and close cooperation between Cambodia and Timor-Leste over the years. His Excellency Ambassador also extended his gratitude for Cambodia’s strong support for Timor-Leste’s full ASEAN membership.

Following the meeting, His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister hosted a farewell luncheon in honor of His Excellency the Ambassador.
