On 3 July 2025, His Excellency KAN Pharidh, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received Mr. Joseph Scheuer, United Nations Resident Coordinator to the Kingdom of Cambodia.

Both sides exchanged views on UN Reform and UN 80 Initiative as well as reaffirmed their commitment to strengthen collaboration in support of multilateralism, UN reform efforts, and a shared vision for a more sustainable and inclusive future.
