On the morning of 3​ July 2025, His Excellency Dr. Sea Kosal, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, led a working group meeting to discuss the preparation of “Protocol Guidelines” for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, with the participation of the Ministry’s leaders, relevant officials, and the former Directors of the Protocol Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.

The meeting discussed and exchanged views on defining the objectives, scope and overall aspects of preparing a clear set of “Protocol Guidelines” as an official document for the use of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
