On the morning of 21 July 2025, His Excellency Dr. Khy Sovanratana, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, met with His Excellency Elnur Mammadov, Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan, at the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR).

The Meeting discussed the potential for fostering institutional cooperation between NIDIR and ADA University of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, with a focus on academic exchanges, joint training programs, and capacity-building initiatives for diplomats of the two countries.
