His Excellency KAN Pharidh and His Excellency UN Kheang, Secretaries of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MFAIC), led a delegation comprising representatives from 11 diplomatic missions and 15 UN agencies based in Cambodia to visit four displaced persons camps in Oddar Meanchey and Siem Reap Provinces on 6-7 August 2025.

On that occasion, the delegation witnessed the hardships faced by the displaced persons and heard their greatest wishes: food, shelters, ceasefire and the ability to return home.

The delegation from MFAIC also brought donations of rice and medicines to the Chong Kal displaced persons camp in Oddar Meanchey Province and the Srei Snam displaced persons camp in Siem Reap Province.
