On 13 August 2025, His Excellency SUN Sovanna, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, had a cordial meeting with six outstanding Cambodian students who have been awarded scholarships to pursue their Master’s degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science Engineering at ENSIIE and École Polytechnique in France for the 2025–2026 academic year.

His Excellency the Secretary of State warmly congratulated the students on their achievements and encouraged them to excel in their studies and embrace new experiences. He also advised them to foster friendships and actively contribute to promoting the culture and prestige of Cambodia. He wished all the students a safe journey and great success in their academic endeavors.
