On the morning of 17 August 2025, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, accompanied by the Ministry's leaders and officials, brought Preah Vossa candles (Buddhist Lent candles)  and many other offerings to the monks staying at Sbov Rik Pagoda, located in Sbov Rik Village, Leach Commune; and Keo Uddom Pagoda (called Kandal Pagoda) in Kol Totueng Village, Santreae Commune, Phnom Kravanh District, Pursat Province.
