On the morning of 18 August 2025, on behalf of His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, His Excellency Dr. KHY Sovanratana, Secretary of State, met to congratulate and have a cordial exchange with 16 Cambodian students who have been awarded scholarships to pursue doctoral, master’s, and bachelor’s degrees in Hungary. On that occasion, His Excellency the Secretary of State also gave the following recommendations to the students:

1.  Strive diligently in your studies to absorb knowledge, professional skills, and technology to the fullest extent.

2.  Take good care of your health and safety, and avoid wasting time on unproductive matters.

3.  Each student is a goodwill ambassador of Cambodia (Cambodia Brand Ambassador - BA), contributing to the promotion of Cambodian culture, traditions, civilization, heritage, Khmer products, and the country’s tourism potential to the world.

4.  Upon completion of your studies, return to the motherland. Our nation needs human resources in all sectors to help further develop the country toward greater prosperity, progress, and well-being.

5.  Nurture a spirit of patriotism and national solidarity, uphold integrity, justice, and humanitarian values (by helping victims in need and those who are humble and vulnerable).
