On the morning of 26 August 2025, at the Ministry, His Excellency Dr. KHY Sovanratana, Secretary of State and Representative of His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, had a cordial meeting with 17 Cambodian students who have been awarded scholarships to pursue their studies in China. In the meeting, His Excellency the Secretary of State motivated all students to study hard, take care of their health, nurture a spirit of patriotism, and bring their knowledge and skills gained from their studies to contribute to the further development of the nation.
