On the morning of 7 October 2025, His Excellency KUNG Phoak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and ASEAN SOM Leader of Cambodia,  had a bilateral meeting with Her Excellency Ülkü Kocaefe, Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Cambodia, at the Ministry.

During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on the ASEAN-Türkiye Sectoral Dialogue Partnership as well as a range of regional and international issues of common concern.
