On the morning of 17 October 2025, Her Excellency NETH Thida Vichhuna, Undersecretary of State, received a courtesy call by Ms. TEA Kaliane, President of the Yuvachun Association, at the Ministry.

Ms. President expressed her deep gratitude to His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister for allowing her to meet and consult wiht Her Excellency the Undersecretary of State directly on the Association’s vision and objectives to enhance the participation and networking of Cambodian youth, both at home and abroad. The Association also seeks to foster collaboration with MFAIC, especially through its overseas missions, to help Cambodian youth feel a higher sense of national pride and to create more youth activities to promote Khmer identity.

Her Excellency the Undersecretary of State also praised the Yuvachun Association’s determination and commitment to proactively contribute to supporting Cambodian youth movements in various branches abroad. A number of the proposals align with MFAIC’s youth activities, via the implementation of economic diplomacy and public diplomacy, which would contribute to enhancing national prestige on the international stage and fostering closer people-to-people relations, in line with the vision of the Royal Government of Cambodia.
