On the morning of 17 October 2025, H.E. Dr. KHY Sovannratana, Secretary of State, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MFA.IC), accompanied by His Excellency Cheuy Vichet, President of the National Institute of Diplomacy the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR), MFA.IC, presided over the opening ceremony of the training course on “Diplomatic Skills and International Relations” for 25 officials from the Ministry of Environment.

This ceremony was organized by NIDIR with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Environment, as well as officials and working groups of NIDIR.      

On that occasion, His Excellency the Secretary of State emphasized that providing the above training course to officials of relevant ministries and institutions of the Royal Government plays a vital role in advancing and effectively implementing Cambodia’s foreign policy, in line with Phase I of the Pentagonal Strategy of the Royal Government of Cambodia under the 7th legislature of the National Assembly.
