On 4 November 2025, Her Excellency Chring Botumrangsay, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, attended the 4th  Meeting of the Joint Economic Commission between Cambodia and Türkiye, co-chaired by Her Excellency Cham Nimul, Minister of Commerce of Cambodia, and His Excellency İbrahim Yumaklı, Minister of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Türkiye, in Ankara, Türkiye.

Both sides signed the joint agreed minute to enhance bilateral cooperation across key sectors and sub-sectors such as trade, agriculture, civil aviation, transport, education, health, investment, industry, tourism, halal cooperation, science and technology, water resources, labor and social security, mining and energy, and women’s empowerment, as well as other related fields  with the aim of further strengthening our partnership and promoting mutual benefits for both countries.
