On the afternoon of 13 November 2025, Her Excellency TOUCH Sopharath, Under Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, attended the 9th Working Group Meeting of the Conference on the Cooperation among East Asian Countries for Palestinian Development (CEAPAD), held virtually. This meeting was chaired by Japan, with the participation of representatives from CEAPAD member states, observers and other international institutions. The Meeting discussed and reviewed the progress made in implementing of the Fourth Ministerial Meeting of CEAPAD, which was held in July this year.
