On the morning of 18 November 2025, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister, PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation paid an official visit to the Republic of Rwanda. During the visit, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister led delegation to a Wreath Laying Ceremony at the Kigali Genocide Memorial.
