On the morning of 19 November 2025, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, had a bilateral discussion with His Excellency Maxime PRÉVOT, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Affairs and Development Cooperation of the Kingdom of Belgium on the sidelines of the 46th Ministerial Conference of La Francophonie, held in Kigali, Rwanda.
