Later that same morning, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, paid a courtesy call on His Excellency Dr. Sonexay SIPHANDONE, Prime Minister of the Lao PDR in Vientiane, Lao PDR.
