On 10 July 2017, H.E. Mrs. Touch Sopharath, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Federal Republic of Germany, attended the deliverance of the speech on “Discussion with Europe” by H.E Mr. Joschka Fischer, Former Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany, at Representation of Hesse, Berlin. In his speech H.E Mr. Joschka Fischer outlined the historical background  and the current situation of the European Union (EU).
