On 31 August 2017, H.E Mr. Cheng Manith, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to Lao PDR, briefed H.E Mr. Ravi Shankar Aisola, Ambassador of the Replic of India to Lao PDR at the Royal Embassy of Cambodia on the result of the bilateral talk between the Samdech Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia and H.E Mr. Tongloun Sisoulith, Prime Minister of Lao PDR on 12 August 2017 regarding the border tension between Cambodia and Laos. During the meeting, both Prime Ministers agreed that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Border Committee of the two countries would continue to work together to solve remaining border issues.
