Samdech Techo HUN SEN, Prime Minister, will lead a high delegation to attend the “13th ASEAN Leadership Forum” to be held from 06 to 07 August 2016, in Vientiane


Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, will lead a high delegation to attend the “13th ASEAN Leadership Forum” to be held from 06 to 07 August 2016, in Vientiane, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, at the invitation of His Excellency Tan Sri Michael Yeoh, Chairman of ASEAN Leadership Forum and CEO of Asian Strategy and Leadership Institute.

The delegation will include His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister TEA Banh, Minister of National Defense, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister HOR Namhong, Her Excellency Deputy Prime Minister MEN Sam An, Minister of National Assembly-Senate Relations and Inspection, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister BIN Chhin, President of the National Authority for Land Dispute Resolution, His Excellency Senior Minister AUN Porn Moniroth, Minister of Economy and Finance and His Excellency OUK Rabun, Minister of Rural Development as well as other members of the Royal Government of Cambodia.

During the 13th ASEAN Leadership Forum, Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN will be honored by the conferment of the ASEAN Lifetime Achievement Award, which will be presented by His Excellency Tan Sri Michael Yeoh, and will then deliver his special address.

\r\n

It should be noted that this very special and significant Award has been conferred upon the longest serving Head of Government in ASEAN. So far, only three distinguished personalities have received these Lifetime Achievement Awards, namely: His Excellency Lee Kuan Yew, former Prime Minister of Singapore, His Excellency Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, former Prime Minister of Malaysia, and His Royal Highness Sultan Nazrin Shah, Sultan of Perak of Malaysia.

While in Lao PDR, Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN will hold bilateral talks with His Excellency Dr. Thongloun SISOULITH, Prime Minister of the Lao PDR, and pay a courtesy call on His, President of the Lao PDR.
