His Excellency Prak Sokhonn, Senior Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, will preside over the launching ceremony of the National Secretariat of Cambodia for Mekong-Lancang Cooperation (NSC-MLC), to be held on 10 October 2017.
