In the morning of 17 October 2017, H.E. Senior Minister Prak Sokhonn held a bilateral meeting with H.E. Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore, at the Ministry.\r\nDuring the bilateral meeting, both Foreign Ministers discussed and agreed to further strengthen bilateral cooperation in many fields, including trade and investment, education and human resource development, tourism, culture, labor, air connectivity and healthcare.\r\nAfter the bilateral meeting, H.E. Senior Minister Prak Sokhonn and H.E. Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan signed on the MoU between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore on Political Consultations.
