In the morning of 13 December 2017, H.E. Senior Minister Prak Sokhonn led a delegation to attend and co-chair the 3rd Lancang-Mekong Cooperation (LMC) Foreign Ministers’ Meeting to be held from 14 to 16 December 2017 in Dali, Yunnan Province, China.

In the framework of the Meeting, H.E. Senior Minister Prak Sokhonn will attend the photo exhibition of the LMC achievements and the launch of the official website of the LMC China Secretariat and, together with His Excellency Wang Yi, will hold a Joint Press Conference by the Co-Chairs.
