H.E. Senior Minister attended a ceremony to mark the 39th Anniversary of the January 7 Victory Day at Sa ang District, Kandal Province


In the morning of 14 January 2018, H.E. Senior Minister Prak Sokhonn examined construction of a road with a length of 426 meters and distributed gifts to poor families in Village No.2, Svay Rolum Commune of Sa ang District, Kandal.

Afterward, H.E. Senior Minister attended a ceremony to mark the 39th Anniversary of the January 7 Victory Day at Sa ang District Hall, Kandal Province.
