In the morning of 16 January 2018, H.E. Senior Minister Prak Sokhonn received a farewell call from H.E. Mr. Ilhan Kemal Tug, Ambassador of Turkey to Cambodia, who has completed his diplomatic mission in Cambodia, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
