In the morning of 02 March 2018, H.E. Senior Minister Prak Sokhonn presided over the closing ceremony of the Ministry’s “Annual Congress 2018” which was held from 28 February to 02 March at the Ministry.\r\nDuring the occasion, H.E. Mr. Hor Namhong, Deputy Prime Minister and High Representative of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, delivered the concluding remarks to close this important congress.
