On Thursday, 22 February 2018, in his capacity as the Chair of the ASEAN Committee in Paris (ACP), H.E. Dr. Chem Widhya, Ambassador of Cambodia to France, organized a working lunch for Mr. Jean-Baptiste Lemoyne, Minister of State to the Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs. The discussion was focused on  economic and trade issues.
