In the morning of 17 May 2018, H.E. Senior Minister Prak Sokhonn held a bilateral meeting with H.E. Pham Binh Minh, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, before co-chairing the 16th Meeting of the Cambodia-Viet Nam Joint Commission (JC) in Hanoi, Viet Nam.
