In the morning of 17 May 2018, H.E. Senior Minister Prak Sokhonn co-chaired with His Excellency Pham Binh Minh, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, the 16th Meeting of the Cambodia-Viet Nam Joint Commission (JC) on Economic, Cultural, Scientific and Technology Cooperation.\r\nAt the end of the JC meeting, both Foreign Ministers signed the Agreed Minutes of the 16th Meeting of the Cambodia-Viet Nam Joint Commission.
