In the afternoon of 17 May, during his stay in Hanoi, Viet Nam, for the 16th Meeting of the Cambodia-Viet Nam Joint Commission (JC) on Economic, Cultural, Scientific and Technology Cooperation, H.E. Senior Minister Prak Sokhonn paid a courtesy call on H.E. Tran Dai Quang, President of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam at the Presidential Palace in Hanoi, Viet Nam.
