In the morning of 09 July 2018 at the Ministry, H.E. Senior Minister Prak Sokhonn presided over the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding Between the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR) and National Institute of Posts, Telecoms and ICT (NIPTICT).
