In the morning of 25 July 2018, H.E. Senior Minister Prak Sokhonn presided over the inauguration of a concrete road with the length of 2830 meters in Krang Yov Commune,  gave vosa candles and gifts to monks in Prek Touch Pagoda (3 representative pagodas), visited the phoenix statue as well as a site to build a garden in front of Prek Tuch Pagoda in Prek Kouy Commune, Sa Ang District, Kandal.
