In the morning of 01 August 2018, H.E. Senior Minister Prak Sokhonn held a bilateral meeting with H.E. Mr. Dionisio Soares Babo, Foreign Minister of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, on the occasion of the ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting and Related Meetings being held in the Republic of Singapore.
