In the morning of 02 August 2018, H.E. Senior Minister Prak Sokhonn held a bilateral meeting with H.E. Pham Binh Minh, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, on the occasion of the ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting and Related Meetings being held in the Republic of Singapore.
