In the morning of 03 August 2018, H.E. Senior Minister Prak Sokhonn held a bilateral meeting with H.E. Gen. Vijay Kumar Singh, Minister of State for External Affairs of the Republic of India, on the occasion of the ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting and Related Meetings being held in the Republic of Singapore.\r\n
