On 16 August 2018 at the Permanent Mission of Cambodia to ASEAN, H.E. Mr. Norng Sakal, Cambodia’s Permanent Representative to ASEAN, held a bilateral meeting with H.E. Mr. Morten Høglund, Norwegian Ambassador to ASEAN. H.E. Norwegian Ambassador stated that Norway highly valued the relationship between Cambodia and Norway as well as the Sectoral Dialogue Partner under the framework of ASEAN-Norway. He also emphasized that the meeting between His Excellency Senior Minister and Her Excellency Foreign Minister in Singapore was an important platform to promote the bilateral relations between Cambodia and Norway to be more fruitful and extending. H.E. Cambodian Ambassador responded that Cambodia together with ASEAN member states were satisfied with the relationship between Cambodia and Norway as well as the relationship between ASEAN and Norway.
