Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN will lead a high delegation to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, on 26 September 2018, to pay tribute to the late President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, H.E. Mr. Tran Dai Quang.
