In the afternoon of 19 November 2018, at the Ministry of Foriegn Affairs and International Cooperation, H.E. Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn received a farewell call on by The Honorable William A. Heidt, Ambassador of the United States of America to Cambodia, who has complete his diplomatic mission in Cambodia.
