In the morning of 27 November 2018, during his official visit in Vietnam, H.E. Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn held a bilateral talk with H.E. Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam. The discussion focused essentially on the promotion of bilateral ties and the cooperation between the two countries.
