In the morning of 12 January 2019, at the office of Sa Ang District, H.E. Mr. Prak Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister, explained and elaborated the speech of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, delivered during the 40th Anniversary of the 7 January (7 January 1979-7 January 2019) at the meeting in Olympic Stadium, to around 600 district officials in Sa Ang District, Kandal Province.
