In the morning of 28 March 2019, H.E. Mr. Luy David, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and Mrs. Francesca Erdelmann, Country Director of World Food Programme in Cambodia, signed the “Country Strategic Plan 2019-2023” agreement at the Ministry. The country strategic plan is aligned with the United Nations development assistance framework for 2019–2023 and contributes to Sustainable Development Goals 2, Zero Hunger and 17, Partnerships for the Goals.
