On the morning of April 8, 2019, at 09:00 am, H.E. Ambassador of Cambodia to Vietnam with Cambodian Embassy’s officials met with H.E. Mr. To Anh Dung, Deputy Foreign Minister of Vietnam, accompanied by 13 colleagues to wish for Khmer New Year 2563 at the Royal Embassy of Cambodia in Hanoi, Vietnam.
