On April 13, 2019, the Embassy of Cambodia to Japan hosted the celebration of the Khmer New Year 2562-2563 at the Embassy.\r\n\r\nSamdech Preah Venarath Noy Chrek, the third highest monk of Cambodia had the pleasure to visit Japan for 4 days to give blessing for more than 350 Cambodians, including nearly 100 trainees.\r\n\r\nThe Japanese guests included H.E. Mr. Minoru KIUCHI, Secretary General of Cambodia-Japan Parliamentary Friendship Association and State Minister of the Ministry of Environment of Japan and his spouse, H.E. Mr. Shigeki TAKIZAKI, Director General of the Department of Southeast and Southwest Asian Affairs of Foreign Ministry, Ministry of Justice and other Japanese friends.\r\n
