In the afternoon of 02 May 2019, Mr. Heng Sophea, Chargé d’Affaires of the Royal Embassy of Cambodia to the Republic of Turkey, paid a courtesy call on Mr. Enrique Voltaire Pingol, Chargé d’ Affaires a.i. of the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines, and informed him the preparation for setting up the new office of the Royal Embassy of Cambodia to the Republic of Turkey.
