On the morning of 19 June 2019 at the Ministry, H.E. Mr. Luy David, Secretary of State, representative of H.E. Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn, presided over the signing ceremony between H.E. Mrs. Manika Jain, Indian Ambassador to Cambodia and representatives of each project, of the Memorandum of Understanding on grant assistance of the Republic of India for the implementation of 18 Quick Impact Projects (QIPs) in Cambodia for 2019-2020, under the Mekong-Ganga Cooperation initiative.
