On 14 October 2019, His Excellency Ung Rachana, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to Japan, organized the Commemoration of the 7th Anniversary of the Passing of His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah NORODOM SIHANOUK “PREAH BOROM RATANAK KAUDH”, the Late King-Father of Cambodia.
