On 01 November 2019, H.E. CHAY Navuth, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, paid a courtesy call on and presented a copy of letter of credence to His Excellency Mai Phuong Dung, Chief of the State Protocol, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Viet Nam in Hanoi.
