On 27 November 2019, His Excellency CHAY Navuth, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, accompanied by Mr. Chea Sambath, First Secretary, paid a courtesy call on His Excellency Kunio UMEDA, Ambassador of Japan to Viet Nam. During the meeting, His Excellency CHAY Navuth expressed his thanks to the Japanese assistance provided to Cambodia since 1992, especially the ODA and Japan's involvement in sending PKO multinational peacekeepers to Cambodia, the construction of Kizuna Bridge and Tsubasa Bridge and human resource development in Cambodia.\r\n\r\n
