On 01 December 2019, His Excellency NGOUN Sokveng, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Republic of Singapore, was invited as the Guest of Honor and delivered a remark at the Learners’ Village Fundraising Gala Dinner in Singapore. The Learners’ Village is the project for the vocational training center in Baray District, Kampong Thom Province, Cambodia. The event was organized by Siloam Mission & Development Cambodia Organization (SMDCO) and attended by around 350 guests.
